I know it is summer and most people aren’t thinking about soups, chilis, and stews BUT I have decided I want to meal prep for the fall. Our fall schedule is super busy with one son playing football and the other son playing soccer. Some days it is nice to just have a freezer meal to pop into the crockpot, Instant Pot, or on the stove. Meal prepping is an easy way to keep yourself on track with Weight Watchers. Don’t let your busy schedule cause you to detour into a drive-thru. So many of your fall favorites can be turned into a Weight Watchers recipe and your family won’t even know.
